Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Kitchen Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Kitchen Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our kitchen. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, inventory management, and kitchen staff coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation

  • Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations

  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient ordering and minimize waste

  • Collaborate with the General Manager to create and update menu offerings based on seasonality and customer feedback

  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

  • Implement and enforce sanitation and cleanliness standards

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

  • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in kitchen operations and procedures

  • Work alongside the Marketing Head to create interesting and engaging photos, menus, and campaigns


  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar leadership role

  • Proficient in menu planning and costing

  • Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and procedures

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, profeciency with Microsoft Office

  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills

  • Up-to-date knowledge of culinary trends and best practices

  • ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification is a plus

As a Server/Bartender, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests. Your role will involve taking orders, mixing drinks, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner

  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine with skill and finesse

  • Maintain a clean and organized service area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware

  • Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items and beverages

  • Handle payments and operate the POS system

  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction

  • Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times


  • Previous experience as a server and/or bartender in a restaurant or bar setting

  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service

  • TIPS or equivalent certification is a plus
