SERVER/BARTENDER

Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Server/Bartenders to join our vibrant team. As a Server/Bartender, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests. Your role will involve taking orders, mixing drinks, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine with skill and finesse

• Maintain a clean and organized service area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware

• Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items and beverages

• Handle payments and operate the POS system

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction

• Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server and/or bartender in a restaurant or bar setting

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service

• TIPS or equivalent certification is a plus
