After a sold-out 2024 series that brought guests together for unforgettable evenings of food, wine, and community, we’re thrilled to announce this year’s dates: July 26th, August 23rd, and September 19th.

Whether you’re a local or visiting Snowmass for the season, Vine & Dine offers a unique way to experience Italian fine dining with expertly curated wine pairings in an intimate, welcoming setting.
What to Expect
Each Vine & Dine event features a four-course chef’s tasting menu created by Head Chef Zander, showcasing the best of our seasonal ingredients and house-made pastas. Every course is thoughtfully paired with wines selected by our in-house sommelier, offering guests a chance to explore exceptional Italian wines and small-production labels from around the world.
